The MAX-Control is a double-broken bit, which at first glance cannot be distinguished from conventional double-broken mouthpieces. However, it is a corrective and training bit that blocks from a certain angle and acts similar to a bar.

This effect starts very gently in practice. Only when the reins are pulled harder does the more intensive and effective effect set in, with the mouthpiece becoming a bar.
